Tilak Verma scored the maximum 51 runs for India. Hardik took three and Chahal took two wickets. Nicholas Pooran played a match-winning inning of 67 runs for the West Indies. Akil Hussain, Romario Shepherd, and Alzarri Joseph took two wickets each.
With the loss of the first two matches of the series, every match has become do-or-die for the Indian team. To win the series, India will have to win the remaining three matches. At the same time, West Indies will now win the series after winning another match.

Team India came on the back foot after falling for two wickets for 18 runs. In such a situation, Tilak Verma, playing his second T20 match for India, handled the innings along with Ishaan Kishan. Both added 42 runs for the third wicket. After this, Kishan was also dismissed after scoring 27 runs in 23 balls. Romario Shepherd clean-bowled him. Tilak Verma's half-century
India had lost four wickets for 76 runs. Tilak, along with captain Hardik, took the Indian team beyond 100 runs. During this, he also completed the first half-century of his T20 career. The 20-year-old Tilak became the second young player after Rohit Sharma to score a fifty in T20s for India. He added 38 runs with Hardik for the fifth wicket.
