Walter Isaacson has written a book based on the biography of the billionaire, whose title is named after him. It is scheduled to be published on September 12. Some excerpts from this book have been published in a daily newspaper.

It tells about the meeting of Elon Musk and Parag Aggarwal in March last year. During this meeting, Elon Musk had told what was lacking in Parag Aggarwal. A few days before this meeting, on April 14, Musk had made an offer to Twitter to buy the company. Later on October 27, the deal was finalized for $44 billion.

Regarding this meeting, it is told in the book that after meeting the then Twitter CEO, Musk said that he is very good, but due to one shortcoming in him, he cannot be liked as a manager. Twitter needs a fire-breathing dragon and Parag doesn't have that. The company's then board chairman Brett Taylor was the third person who attended the meeting.
Current CEO of Twitter
After dismissing Parag Aggarwal, Musk himself took over the post of CEO. Later, in June, Linda Yaccarino was appointed to the position. He is the current Chief Executive. Additionally, the San Francisco-headquartered company was renamed X Corp in July.
The acquisition was announced in April
It is noteworthy that Musk announced the acquisition of Twitter on April 13 this year. He had proposed this deal for $44 billion at the rate of $54.2 per share. However, due to Twitter's fake accounts, there was a rift between Twitter and them and they decided to withdraw from this agreement on July 9. After this, Twitter filed a case against Musk in the US court. On this, the Delaware court had ordered to complete the Twitter deal by October 28. Musk arrived at Twitter's office on Wednesday with a sink and surprised everyone.
