The outbreak of severe cold in all the states of North India continues even today. Meanwhile, due to fog along with the cold wave, its effect is visible on the trains as well. Passengers may face inconvenience as over 32 long-distance trains are running late by seven hours or more due to fog and bad weather conditions.

 

This train is running late due to fog

Many trains are running late today due to fog. These include Darbhanga-New Delhi Clone Special, Howrah-New Delhi Poorva Express, Ambedkar Nagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Malwa Superfast Express, etc. This train is running late by about 2 to 3 hours. Even many trains are running late by 6 hours.

 

These trains are running late by one and a half hour

According to Northern Railway officials, Prayagraj-New Delhi Humsafar Express, Saharsa-New Delhi Vaishali Superfast Express, Rewa-Anand Vihar Terminal Superfast Express, Kathgodam-Jaisalmer Ranikhet Express, MGR Chennai Central-New Delhi Tamil Nadu Express and Hyderabad Deccan Nampally-New Delhi Telangana Express is running late by 1:30 hours.

 

Darbhanga-New Delhi Clone Special, Howrah-New Delhi Poorva Express, Ayodhya Cantt-Delhi Express, Rajgir-New Delhi Sharmjeevi Superfast Express, Jaynagar-Amritsar Clone Special, Visakhapatnam-New Delhi Andhra Pradesh Express, Hyderabad Deccan Nampally-Hazrat Nizamuddin South Superfast Express and Dr. Ambedkar Nagar - Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Malwa Superfast Express are running late by two and a half hours.

 

Many trains run late by more than 3 hours

According to officials, Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express, Gaya-New Delhi Mahabodhi Express, and Barauni-New Delhi Clone Special ran late by 3:30 hours today. Whereas, Malda Town-Delhi Farakka Express, Gorakhpur-Bathinda Gorakhdham Superfast Express, Amjamgarh-Delhi Kaifiyat Superfast Express, Pratapgarh-Delhi Padmavat Express, Lucknow Charbagh-New Delhi AC Superfast Express, Vasco-da-Gama-Hazrat Nizamuddin Goa Express, and Rani Kamlapati-Hazrat Nizamuddin Shan-e-Bhopal Superfast Express are running late by 1 hour.

 

Amritsar-Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Express 7 hours late

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus-Amritsar Express, Kamakhya-Delhi Brahmaputra Mail, and MGR Chennai Central-New Delhi Grand Trunk Express are delayed by 3 hours. Officials said that Raxaul-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavna Express is 5 hours 30 minutes, Raigarh-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express 4 hours, Jabalpur-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express 6 hours, Manikpur-Hazrat Nizamuddin Uttar Pradesh Sampark Kranti Express 2 hours and Amritsar-Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Express is running late by 7 hours.
