'Breaking Bad' fame actor Mark Margolis has passed away. Mark breathed his last at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital at the age of 83 and said goodbye to the world forever. The death of the veteran actor has been confirmed by his son. The son told that Mark was battling illness for a long time, and now he is no more in this world. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the industry due to Mark's death. Stars including fans are also paying tribute to Mark.

Bryan Cranston is in shock over Mark's death. The 'Breaking Bad star posted a tribute to the actor on his death and wrote, 'I am deeply saddened to learn about the passing of a friend today.' Brian further wrote, 'Mark Margolis was a wonderful person. Used to joke a lot on the set. I will always remember him.

This honor was achieved for 'Breaking Bad'

Born in Philadelphia in 1939, Margolis moved to New York to pursue an acting career. Mark had a successful career as a character actor with films such as 'Scarface', 'Ace Ventura: Pet Detective' and 'Black Swan' as well as supporting roles in the HBO series 'Oz'. In the year 2012, Mark was nominated for an Emmy for 'Breaking Bad'.

Apart from 'Breaking Bad' and 'Better Call Saul', Mark Margolis worked on many great projects including 'American Horror Story: Asylum', 'Kings' and 'The Equalizer'. Mark has said goodbye to the world. He is survived by his 61-year-old wife Jacqueline and three grandchildren, including their only child, Morgan.
