The Moneyview IPO is witnessing strong demand on the final day of bidding, with the ₹1,091.68-crore public issue attracting substantial investor interest. The IPO opened for subscription on September 24 and closes on September 28, with shares scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on October 1, subject to the IPO timetable.

The latest grey market premium (GMP) for the Moneyview IPO stood at around ₹13 per share, according to an IPO market tracker. Against the upper price band of ₹34, this indicates an estimated listing price of approximately ₹47 and an implied premium of 38.24%. However, GMP is an unofficial and unregulated indicator and does not guarantee the actual listing price or post-listing returns.

Exchange-linked data showed the issue had crossed 10 times subscription by 10:45 AM on September 28, with the NII portion subscribed 30.09 times and the retail portion 7.65 times at that point. Later data showed subscription moving significantly higher during the afternoon.

Moneyview IPO GMP Today

The latest GMP is around ₹13, compared with the IPO's upper price band of ₹34.

Particular Moneyview IPO

IPO Upper Price Band ₹34

Latest GMP ₹13

GMP as % of Upper Band 38.24%

GMP-Implied Price ₹47

Tentative Listing October 1, 2026

A ₹13 GMP over the ₹34 issue price represents a potential 38.24% premium based solely on the grey-market indication. This should not be treated as a guaranteed listing gain because GMP can change before listing and the actual market price is determined by trading on the exchanges.

Moneyview IPO Price, Lot Size and Investment

The Moneyview IPO has a price band of ₹32 to ₹34 per share and a lot size of 441 shares.

At the upper price band, a retail investor needs ₹14,994 to apply for one lot.

How Will Moneyview Use the IPO Funds?

Moneyview plans to use a significant portion of the fresh issue proceeds to support its lending-related operations.

Around ₹325 crore is proposed to be deployed towards growth in loan disbursals under default loss guarantee (DLG) arrangements. Another ₹250 crore is earmarked to strengthen the capital base of its subsidiary, Whizdm Finance, with the balance intended for general corporate purposes.

Moneyview is a Bengaluru-based fintech company established in 2014. Its digital financial services platform connects consumers with banks, NBFCs, insurers and other financial institutions.

Refunds and share credits are scheduled for September 30, while the shares are expected to list on October 1, 2026, on both NSE and BSE.

Moneyview IPO: What Investors Should Know

The Moneyview IPO is attracting attention because of its strong subscription levels and the premium indicated by the grey market.

However, investors should not consider the GMP-implied ₹47 price as a guaranteed listing price. GMP is an unofficial market indicator and can move sharply before the actual listing.

Investors should also examine Moneyview's financial performance, IPO valuation, use of funds, business model and risks rather than relying solely on grey-market trends.
