Seeing the cordon tightening, the terrorists opened heavy firing on the security forces. One terrorist was killed in retaliatory action.

According to eyewitnesses, this grenade exploded in the middle of the road, the blast shattered the windows of nearby shops.

An auto parked at the auto stand was also damaged. A policeman on duty was injured in this attack, who was immediately admitted to the nearest hospital. His condition is said to be out of danger. The police have started the investigation by registering an FIR of the attack.
