Karnataka: Rahul Gandhi lashed out at the Centre, said – Government brought GST to benefit the rich, we will change it if we come

Assembly elections are to be held next month on all 224 assembly seats in Karnataka. Because of the elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is continuously visiting the state. Rahul held a rally at Ramdurg in Belagavi on Monday. During this, he directly attacked the Modi government at the Center.

 

Government's focus on some billionaires

Rahul alleged that nowadays the government's focus is only on 2-3 billionaires, but farmers, laborers, and small vendors are not being taken care of by the government. Rahul said, "Billionaires get loans easily from the bank and if something happens, it is easily forgiven but the loan of the farmers is never forgiven."

GST brought to benefit the rich

Rahul also attacked the central government regarding GST. Rahul said that GST has been brought only to benefit the rich. GST is so difficult to understand that people are not able to fill it. Half of the people do not understand when and how to fill

 

If we come, we will change GST

Rahul further said, "Big industries have accountants, but small traders do not have accountants. Due to this, they are unable to pay taxes, and their businesses are closed. If our government comes to the center, we will implement GST." Will change. There will be only one tax in the country and there will be a minimum tax. Rahul also said that we will make changes in the five slabs of GST.
