Garib Kalyan Sammelan will be held today at Ridge Maidan in Shimla to commemorate the completion of eight years of the Central Government. According to news agency ANI, PM will release this installment of PM Kisan in Shimla. However, if you are an eligible farmer, it is mandatory to have your KYC updated to take advantage of the scheme. The last date for updating KYC is 31st May. If your KYC is not updated by the last date, then you will not be able to get the benefit of PM Kisan Rs 2,000 installment. Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the beneficiary farmers receive Rs 6,000 every year. Farmers get this amount in three installments of Rs 2,000 each.

Step 1. Visit the official website of PM-Kisan.
Step 2. Click on the eKYC option available on the right side.
Step 3. Enter Aadhar Card Number, Captcha Code, and click on Search.
Step 4. Enter the mobile number linked with the Aadhar card.
Step 5. Now click on 'Get OTP' and enter the OTP received.
With this, your KYC will be updated.
