The legal dispute over Mehul Choksi's disappearance from Antigua and recovery from Domenica has now reached London. In London, Choksi's lawyers have filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police. At the same time, an inquiry has been appealed against four people including Mehul Choksi's alleged girlfriend.

Michael Pollock, Mehul's lawyer from London, told the media that the International Crime Branch of the Metropolitan Police is investigating his complaint. Pollock said Mehul was forcibly removed from Antigua as part of a well-thought-out plan, where he has the right to take any decision against him to the Privy Council, while Choksi does not have this right in Domenica. although. Mehul's lawyers have indicated that they have the option of going to higher courts, including the Caribbean Court of Appeal if the decision in Domenica's court is not in favor.

Pollock, who is part of Mehul Choksi's team of defense lawyers, claimed that Barbara Jose and her accomplices rented two apartments in Antigua in early May from an Air BNB agent. Both in apartments 407-E and 407-F, Barbara also inquired about whether there was a private jetty so that her friend could park if she wanted to bring her yacht. Pollock showed the chat message saying the agent told Barbara that the apartment had a docking area to park the yacht. After this two apartments were rented. One of these was booked by a travel agent in the UK.

Mehul's lawyer said that Barbara's movement from April to May shows that she was involved in this plan, when after Mehul's disappearance, Barbara went from Antigua to Domenica on a chartered plane. Later on May 28, Barbara went out of Domenica on a special plane with those two people. Michael said that Mehul Choksi was intimidated, assaulted while being taken out in the boat. This whole incident is not only a violation of his human rights but also against the law and order situation.
