Monty Panesar jumps into the 'Mankading' controversy, shares a video of MS Dhoni, and tells how to avoid getting out

Controversies regarding Mankading in cricket have been going on for a long time. The International Cricket Council (ICC) recently changed its rules and brought Mankading out within the runout. When the batter is at the nonstriker's end and leaves the crease before the bowler releases the ball, and if the bowler hits the stumps, then the batter is considered out. Earlier it was considered against the spirit of sportsmanship, but now the ICC has made a very precise rule regarding this. Recently, Indian women's bowler Deepti Sharma had similarly dismissed England's, Charlie Dean.

Many former England cricketers also criticized Deepti for this. Although Deepti herself clarified this matter and said that even after giving a warning to Charlie, when she did not agree, then she had to take this step. In the midst of all this, former England cricketer Monty Panesar has told the best way to avoid being run out like this and for this, he has given the example of MS Dhoni.
