The rapid rail has been named Namo Bharat. At the same time, there is a debate on social media that this train is like a metro, but it is not so. NaMo Bharat Train is quite different from Metro, about which we will explain in detail.

 

These features make Rapid Rail quite different from Metro.

 

Metro stations are one kilometer apart, while Namo Bharat stations are about four kilometers apart.

 

There is no rack to keep luggage in the metro. Namo is a rack in India.

 

There is no charging point to charge laptops, and mobile on every seat in the metro, Namo is in India.

 

Food items are not available inside the metro, Namo Bharat's premium coaches have this facility.

 

There is no facility to carry patients on stretchers in the metro, Namo is in India.

 

Metro stations have two floors, and Namo Bharat has two to four floors.

 

Metro does not have premium coaches, NaMo is a premium coach in India.

 

There is no police post on the metro, Namo is at every station in India.

 

There is no system of attendants in the metro, there is a system of attendants in Namo Bharat.

 

Metro doors open automatically after pressing the Namo Bharat button.

 

The maximum speed of the metro is 60 km per hour, maximum speed of Namo Bharat is 180 km. Is per hour.

 

A metro coach can seat 50 people, and a Namo Bharat coach can seat 72 people.
