
The Delhi Government has presented a budget of ₹1,03,700 crore for the financial year 2026-27. **Transgender Community Brought Under the Ambit of Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme**
According to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the Delhi Government will allocate ₹202 crore to bring the transgender community under the coverage of the Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme. The Delhi Government will also allocate ₹1,500 crore for the establishment of 750 new 'Ayushman Arogya Mandirs' (Health Centers). Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that seven ICU hospitals, which were left unfinished by the previous Aam Aadmi Party government, will be completed at a cost of ₹150 crore.
**₹12,645 Crore Provision for Healthcare**
In the Delhi Government's budget for 2026-27, an allocation of ₹12,645 crore has been made for the healthcare sector.
**₹610 Crore to Address Waterlogging**
