New Delhi: Relieving students seeking admission to the country's prestigious engineering and medical college, the Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry on Sunday said that a new date for JEE and NEET examinations will be announced on May 5. These examinations were postponed due to the logu nationwide lockdown to prevent the Kovid-19 epidemic from spreading.

The ministry had prepared to conduct the exam in the last week of May, but due to the lockdown extending till May 17, it is not possible to conduct the exam in the last week of May as well.
