Year Ender 2022: This time the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is adopting its old pattern for conducting board exams. Last year, CBSE changed its exam pattern due to Coronavirus.

CBSE has reverted to its old pattern of conducting a single board exam for classes 10th and 12th (CBSE Class 10 & 12 Old Exam Pattern). From this year, the examination of classes 10th and 12th will be conducted only once.

Last year, because of the situation of coronavirus infection in the country, it was decided to conduct the board examination in two terms. The marks of students who could not appear in one exam due to infection were calculated based on the second exam. But this policy is now being abolished by CBSE. A few days ago, information about this was given in the Parliament by the Union Ministry of Education.

It has been decided by CISCE to conduct only one examination at both the ICSE and ISC levels at the end of the academic year 2023.
