From here we will enter Delhi through Chilla border on foot and tractor trolley. After this, we will go towards Delhi.

Chilla warning to close the border

Bharatiya Kisan Parishad National President Sukhveer Khalifa said that if anyone tried to stop the farmers, the Chilla border would be completely closed. A protest will be started here also. Sukhbir Khalifa said that thousands of matriarchs, youth, and elders will be present in the protest.

The policymakers sitting in the Parliament House will be asked that the farmers are sitting on the streets, for whom are you making policies. Have endured a lot of pain. Now there should be a one-on-one fight. Will not do any harm from our side. Concrete steps will be taken. From here till NTPC and Greater Noida are suffering. Whatever happens here will be clear.

Farmers of 81 villages dispute with the authority

According to the provisions mentioned in the Land Acquisition Act 1984 by the Noida Authority, 19 notifications of 16 villages were challenged in the High Court on behalf of a farmer.

On this challenge, the High Court ordered on 21 October 2011 to give compensation to the farmers at the rate of 64.70 percent and 10 percent of the population plots. In this order, the authority was directed to decide those farmers whose petitions were rejected or who did not go to the court.

After the court order, the authority decided in the 191st board meeting that compensation equivalent to 10 percent developed Abadi plot (an additional 5 percent plot to those who have already got 5 percent developed Abadi plot) or its area will be given only to those farmers, Which were included in the High Court order of 21 October 2011.

The authority acknowledged that there are farmers who challenged the notification in the court, but their petition was rejected and there are farmers who did not challenge the notification at all. They are not eligible.

Agreement was reached on these demands

All farmers after 1997 should be compensated at increased rates. Whether he has gone to court or not.

Farmers should be given 10 percent of developed land.

The population should be left as it is. The 450 square meter limit of regulation should be increased to 1000 square meters.

Due to the non-availability of land, 5 percent of population plots of eligible farmers will not be withheld in the Land Records Department. They should be planned.

The height of buildings should be allowed to be increased, as there are a lot of high-rise buildings around the villages. In such a situation, their area has come in a low-lying area.

Commercial activities should be allowed on 5 percent of developed land.

Along with the development of villages, provision for a sports budget should be made.

Libraries should be built in villages.
