Russia announced it would abandon the wheat transport deal in protest of the Ukrainian attacks. Russia warned that ships transporting wheat from Ukraine would cross the Black Sea at their own risk. It is being told that after Turkish mediation, Russia has agreed to join the wheat transport agreement.
