SpiceJet passengers will soon get internet service, and enjoy FB, Insta, and YouTube while sitting on flight

SpiceJet will induct more Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in the next few months. It is expected that broadband internet service will start in its planes soon. SpiceJet Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Singh gave this information on Monday.

 

The airline has a fleet of 91 aircraft, of which 13 are MAX aircraft and 46 are older versions of Boeing 737 aircraft. This information has been received according to the official website of SpiceJet. In his email to employees on the airline's 17th anniversary, Singh said the carrier is flying with the highest load month after month and expects to fly more in the coming months.

 

Many more Max aircraft will be included in the fleet

 

Ajay Singh, Chairman, and Managing Director, SpiceJet said that the Boeing 737 MAX has returned to service in our fleet and is getting good reviews from passengers. Over the next few months, we will be adding many more MAX aircraft to our fleet to replace all our old ones.

He said that the airline's successful cargo company SpiceXpress will add a large number of cargo aircraft and further strengthen its leadership position in the industry. Singh said that we have transported more than 1,00,000 oxygen concentrators to India, that too at a time when they were needed the most. We were the first and largest transporter of Kovid vaccines in the country.
