The arrested thief has been identified as 32-year-old Harish Pujari. Along with Harish, a 20-year-old co-accused, who is being named Attavar, has also been arrested. The police recovered the stolen mobile from near Attavar itself. Another accused named Rajesh is being sought in this case.
