After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has given a big statement. He said that now the time has come to abolish Articles 26 to 29 of the Constitution. During this, Dubey criticized the 'vote bank politics'. Also accused secular leaders of hypocrisy. He said that secular leaders should clarify whether the Pahalgam attack was motivated by religious motives or not.

 

BJP leader Dubey hinted at a possible solution regarding Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Referring to Home Minister Amit Shah, he expressed confidence in the current government's ability to solve Kashmir issues. Dubey said in a post on X, 'When the country was divided in the name of Hindu-Muslim, those who made Hindus second class citizens by giving more rights to Muslims in the name of minority for vote bank, should tell on the incident of Pahalgam whether today's murder was done based on religion or not? Secular leaders, shame on you, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir will be ours, be patient, this is Modi's government, whose Home Minister is Amit Shah. The time has come to abolish Articles 26 to 29 of the Constitution.'

Articles 26 to 29 of the Indian Constitution guarantee the right to religious freedom and the cultural and educational rights of minorities. Article 26 guarantees the freedom to manage religious affairs, including the establishment of institutions, management of affairs, and administration of property. Article 27 prohibits anyone from being forced to pay taxes for the promotion of a specific religion. Article 28 addresses freedom from religious education or worship in state-funded educational institutions. At the same time, Article 29 protects the cultural and educational rights of minorities, including the right to preserve their language, script, or culture. It also prevents discrimination in state-aided educational institutions.

 

PM Modi strongly condemned the attack.

 

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also strongly condemned the Pahalgam terror attack. He expressed condolences to those who lost their loved ones in the attack. PM Modi said in a post on Twitter, 'I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. I express my condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that the injured persons recover as soon as possible. All possible assistance is being provided to the affected people.'

 

Those responsible will not be spared: PM Modi.

 

PM Modi further said that those responsible for this heinous act will be brought to justice. They will not be spared. Their nefarious agenda will never succeed. PM Modi said that our resolve to fight terrorism is unwavering. It will become even stronger.

 

Shah chairs the security review meeting.

 

After the Pahalgam terror attack, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Srinagar on Tuesday evening for a security review meeting. He chaired a high-level security meeting with all the agencies. During this, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah briefed Shah about the attack. LG Manoj Sinha and other high-level officials were present at the meeting. Earlier, Shah said that those involved in this cowardly act of terror will not be spared. He also informed PM Modi about the incident.

 

Army launches search operation to nab criminals.

 

Meanwhile, the Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police have launched a search operation in the general area of ​​​​Baisaran, Pahalgam, Anantnag to nab the criminals. Apart from this, locals organized candle marches in Sopore, Ganderbal, Handwara, Bandipora and other places in Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, Delhi Police has also been instructed to keep a close watch on tourist places and other important places.
