According to the latest update of Indian Oil Corporation's official website IOCL, the prices of petrol and diesel in the country remain stable. Experts believe that this is due to the softening of crude oil prices in the global market. Oil marketing companies released the latest rates of petrol and diesel across the country on Friday (October 21). Accordingly, there has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in the country.

There has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in all major cities of the country including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. Let us tell you that the prices of petrol and diesel have remained stable in the domestic market since May 21 amidst fluctuations in the prices of crude oil in the international market. In the country's capital Delhi, one liter of petrol is being sold for Rs 96.72 while diesel is being sold at Rs 89.62.

In Noida, adjacent to Delhi, the price of petrol is Rs 96.79 per liter while the price of diesel is Rs 89.96 per liter. In Ghaziabad, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.58 per liter and diesel is stable at the previous price of Rs 89.75. In Gurugram, the price of petrol is Rs 97.18 per liter as before and the price of diesel is Rs 90.05 per liter.

 

Petrol being sold at Rs 106.31 per liter in Mumbai

 

Talking about other metros, the price of petrol in Mumbai is Rs 106.31 and the price of diesel is Rs 94.27 per liter. Apart from this, petrol is being sold at Rs 92.76 per liter in Kolkata while diesel is being sold at Rs 106.03 per liter. In Chennai, the price of a liter of petrol at Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24 per liter remains the same as before.
