
Late on Tuesday night, terrorists targeted a joint check post of the army and police at Chhatragalan Top in Jammu division. The terrorists fired bullets indiscriminately. The encounter started due to the retaliatory action of the security forces. Five army personnel and one SPO (Special Police Officer) were injured in this attack. The injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment. This area of Chhatragalan Top is located on the border of district Kathua and tehsil Bhaderwah of district Doda.
Regarding the terrorist attack in Doda, ADGP Jammu Anand Jain said that the terrorists have been surrounded. The entire area is cordoned off. The operation is going on.
