PM meets head of Syrian Orthodox church

New Delhi, Feb 17 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday met the supreme head of the Universal Syrian Orthodox Church, an official release said here.

Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, who is currently on a visit to India, called on the prime minister. He was accompanied by a nine-member delegation, comprising senior members of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church.
