CM Yogi said that so far investment proposals worth Rs 32 lakh crore have come to the Investors Summit. This will create employment opportunities for more than 92 lakh people.

 

From 10 to 12, February i.e. 3 days Global Investors Summit is being organized at Defense Expo Ground, Lucknow. The UP government claims that this is the biggest summit in the country. 340 companies from 16 countries have participated in this. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will come to attend it at 3 pm.

 

1- Law and order is now the identity of UP

2-Infrastructure: UP is the only state, where 5 international airports

The PM further said, "UP will be known as the only state in the country where there will be 5 international airports. Along with infrastructure, there have been changes in UP's approach to ease of doing business. UP is a hope... An expectation has been made. There has been improvement in every field from electricity to connectivity. Connecting with sea port very soon. If India is a growth engine, then UP is driving it. One of the country's 2 defense corridors is being built in UP. Used to be."

 

3- Mention of Brand UP… Carpet of Bhadohi and Silk of Banaras

The PM has mentioned the carpet of Bhadohi and the silk of Banaras. Said, "UP has potential. The population here is about 25 crores. Uttar Pradesh alone has more potential than even the big countries of the world. UP is the textile hub of India. UP is a great place to develop new value and supply chains." Emerging as a new champion."

 

4- Education and skill development at UP

PM Modi said, "Good work has been done on education and skill development in UP. Many institutions like Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Health University, Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University, and Major Dhyan Chand Sports University for different skills. Preparing the youth. Under skill development, more than 16 lakh youths of UP have been trained so far. Courses related to artificial intelligence have been started at PGI Lucknow and IIT Kanpur. The government has set a target of setting up 100 incubators and 33 state-of-the-art centers in the coming years."

 

5- Industry: More than 60% of the total mobile production in UP, PM said, "Today, more than 60% of India's total mobile production is in UP. There are possibilities here in terms of fishery, dairy, and food processing. Defense The corridor is being built. There is a lot of potential in the dairy, agriculture, and food processing sector at UP. The participation of the private sector in these sectors is very limited. We have come up with a scheme in food processing, which you should take advantage of."

 

6-Coarse grains i.e. Srianna

PM Modi said, "Today our focus is on giving more resources to small farmers and reducing their input cost. That's why we are promoting organic farming. A new campaign has also been started regarding Millets. Coarse grains in the world market. We have named it 'Shri Anna' to make it an identity. It is a superfood. On one hand, we are encouraging farmers to grow coarse grains, on the other hand, we are also creating a global market for it. "

 

92 lakh people will get jobs in UP: Yogi

At the summit, CM Yogi said, "UP has imbibed the mantra of Reform, Perform Transform. Investment proposals worth 32 lakh 92 thousand crores have been received. Renewable energy, real estate, education, tourism, electronic vehicle manufacturing, housing, and food processing So far 18645 MoUs have been signed in the sectors. This will provide more than 92.50 lakh employment opportunities. He informed that investment proposals worth more than 9 lakh crore have been received in Purvanchal and 4.28 lakh crore in Bundelkhand. The CM said that the state's target of a $1 trillion economy will be successful. Entrepreneur Mitras are being deployed to help investors.

 

The tent city was set up on 25 thousand square meters

For the summit, 5 big pandals and tent cities have been set up on the lines of five-star hotels in 25,000 square meters at the Defense Expo Ground. UP police alert regarding Global Investors Summit.
