On May 3, the Delhi government had directed to open all 150 liquor shops operated by the government. The petition filed against this decision of the government is expected to be heard on May 11. The petition appealed to cancel the notification of May 4. Advocate Lalit Valecha, who has filed a PIL, has called the government's decision arbitrary.
