New Delhi: If you work in a company, then this news is for you. Companies are keeping an eye on the bonus you get in the year and the minimum rupees of salary in the month. Companies want that there should be such a rule for two-three years that it does not have to be given. The company wants to do this according to its own rules. Companies have given these suggestions to the central government. If the government accepts this matter of companies, then this rule can also apply.

Representatives of companies met Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar under the aegis of Employers Association. Then the association has given some suggestions. The government has been requested to give exemption in labor laws for two-three years so that employees do not have to pay minimum wage nor bonus.

Those who will give salary to workers or those who will give it to daily wage workers come under Corporate Social Responsibility. Under this, the government gives exemption to companies for good work.

Working hours should be increased to 12 hours

It also said that the working hours should be increased to 12 hours. For disputes with workers, exemption should also be given in the Dispute Act to reduce the litigation in labor cases. Minimum 50% of the employee should be allowed to run the factory. Currently, a third employee has got permission after the lockdown opens.

In the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, the benefits of the PF scheme should be given more to the companies. In this scheme, the government deposits both the employee and the company. Apart from this, the government should give a package to run the company, as well as subsidy should be given on the supply of electricity.

Make migrant labor database, give full support to labor. Reduce expenses in social security of employee on behalf of employee and company.

After listening to all the suggestions, Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar and Secretary in the Ministry of Labor, Hiranand Sanwaria assured the companies that companies will be helped as much as possible in the Corona crisis.
