Giving a speech in English, he also apologized for not being able to speak in Hindi. He said that I will not be able to speak Hindi, so I will speak in English. Cancer is a big problem in North East
During the inauguration program of cancer hospitals, PM Modi said that cancer has been a big problem not only in Assam but also in the North East. Our poor and middle-class families are affected the most by this.
Till a few years ago, the patients here had to go to big cities for the treatment of cancer. This placed a heavy burden on these families. I would like to thank Sarbananda Sonowal Ji, Hemanta Ji, and Tata Trust for the steps taken here over the last 5-6 years to overcome this.
