Meanwhile, a heavy rainfall alert has been issued for 13 states across the country, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Punjab, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya.
