According to new research published in the Journal of Sleep Research – human sleep is responsible for the illusion of ghosts in the dark of night. Beetle Rauf, a researcher at the Department of Psychology, University of London, says – Those whose sleep breaks repeatedly, start having anxiety. It goes on increasing.

This research was done on 8,853 people. His experiences were heard.
