RRB-NTPC: 2 BJP MPs met Railway Minister amidst students' agitation, know what happened

The agitation of the students continues after the controversy over the Railway Recruitment Examination. Amidst the students' agitation, two MPs of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. During this meeting, both the MPs discussed the issue of railway recruitment and insisted on resolving it at the earliest. After the meeting with the Railway Minister, former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “The Railway Minister has assured me that the results of one Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examination will be included in place of two Group D examinations. The final result will be released based on a 'unique result'. Let us tell you that alleging irregularities in the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), railway candidates are agitating in three states.

 

BJP MPs appeal to Railway Minister

After that on Wednesday, the Railway Minister suspended the NTPC and Level 2 examination. The decision was taken after reports of vandalism by examinees in different parts of the country surfaced. BJP MPs have urged the Railway Minister to prepare a roadmap for the future so that such a situation does not happen again. He also said that the administration should take care that unnecessary action is not taken against them. All the parties together should try to eliminate this tension.

 

Sushil Modi's appeal to students

 

Ravi Shankar Prasad has appealed to the students to have some patience and not destroy the railway property as it causes loss to the country. After the meeting, Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Modi said that the result of NTPC will be released soon based on the 'One Student-Unique Result' policy. Sushil Modi said, 'The Railway Minister said that the Railway Board is taking the decisions and all the apprehensions of the students will be cleared in time. Such a situation should not arise in Bihar.

 

The former Deputy CM of Bihar has appealed to the police administration not to take strict action against the students. This student is not a criminal. Earlier on Wednesday, the Railway Minister had also appealed to the students not to damage railway property. Any grievances of the students will be resolved as soon as possible.
