According to reports, 3 Russian soldiers were killed in the Ukrainian attacks, while 4 were injured in attacks in the Ryazan and Saratov regions. Russia later fired missiles that killed 4 people. Heavy disruption to the power grid was also reported in the east and south of Ukraine.

Monday's retaliatory fire halted basic services in Ukrainian regions. Kyiv said it shot down most of the missiles. At the same time, Zelensky said that every missile of Russia is concrete proof that terror can be defeated.
