The ongoing dispute between Russia and Ukraine has now reached its peak. On Monday, Putin recognized areas held by Russian-backed rebels in the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine. After which the situation between the two countries is getting worse. A meeting of the United Nations Council is underway to reduce tensions between Ukraine and Russia.

An airline official told ANI on condition of anonymity, Air India's (AI-1946) first special flight out of three operating from Ukraine to India will fly to Delhi tonight carrying Indian nationals. An Air India flight has left for Ukraine on Monday to take back Indians returning home.

Air India had already announced that a total of three flights from Ukraine to India would operate for Indian nationals, including students, during the state of war in Ukraine. Air India said Air India is operating three flights between India and Ukraine on February 22, 24, and 26. Air India's AI 1947 aircraft has left for Kyiv Boryspil International Airport from Delhi at 7.40 am today. It has a capacity of more than 200 seats. An official told ANI, a Dreamliner Boeing B-787 took off from Delhi airport for Ukraine in the morning.

 

Indians will come back from Ukraine

 

Air India's special aircraft left for Ukraine from India this morning to bring back Indian nationals. The Dreamliner B-787 aircraft has a seating capacity of over 200. Special aircraft from Ukraine will return to Delhi tonight.

The growing tension on Ukraine's border with Russia is a matter of deep concern. These developments have the potential to undermine the peace and security of the region.
