Solan and Shimla recorded minimum temperatures of 2.3 and 4.5 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall at different places in the state on Thursday.

Amritsar recorded a low of five degrees Celsius, while Ludhiana recorded a low of 6.6 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be dense fog in most districts of Punjab on Wednesday, which will cause a lot of trouble to the people.

The maximum temperature of the day is likely to remain in the range of 10 to 14 degrees.
