Prayers are done for the heroes
Tributes are paid to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Shivram Rajguru on the occasion of Martyr's Day. Silent meetings are organized by various educational institutions and government and non-government organizations on this occasion and prayers are offered for the peace of the souls of the heroes. In many places, a program of essay writing and public speech is also organized on March 23 Martyr's Day.
Sentenced after throwing a bomb in Central Assembly
Many brave sons Bhagat Singh, Shivram Rajguru, and Sukhdev had sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country. Raising his voice against British rule, he threw bombs into the Central Assembly in protest against the Public Safety and Trade Distribute Bill. After which he was arrested and sentenced to death.
