External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will leave on Thursday on a two-day visit to the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. He will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Foreign Ministers' Conference here. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and their Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto are also expected to attend the meeting.
