External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will leave on Thursday on a two-day visit to the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. He will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Foreign Ministers' Conference here. It is believed that Jaishankar may also hold a bilateral meeting of the SCO member states with their Chinese and Russian counterparts.
