However, no suggestion was made regarding the difference between doses of Covaxin. This information was given by the National Technical Advisory Group (NTAGI), which works for immunization. NTAGI's suggestion will be forwarded to the National Expert Group (NEGVAC) on the vaccine for Covid-19.

NTAGI also stated that those exposed to SARS-CoV-2 infection should take a corona vaccine dose 6 months after recovery. According to the current protocol of the Union Health Ministry, Covid-19 should be vaccinated after 4-8 weeks of recovery from infection and pregnant and lactating women should not take corona vaccine supplements, because of the vaccine These were not included during the trial. NTAGI advised that all pregnant women coming for the checkup should be informed of all the benefits and risks associated with covishield and covaxin. According to the information received, pregnant women can select the corona vaccine according to their choice.

 

In addition, a tool will be developed, which will contain information related to the risks of Covid-19 infection during pregnancy, as well as the side effects of Covishield which are quite low.

According to information received from the sources, 'Covid-19 Working Group approved a gap of 12-16 weeks between doses of Covishield.
