Tamil Nadu Floods: The Air Force came as an angel for the woman trapped in the flood, and gave birth to a child the very next day

The southern districts of Tamil Nadu are facing floods these days. Air Force and Army are engaged in relief and rescue operations. On Tuesday, the Air Force rescued a pregnant woman from the floods, who gave birth to a healthy baby at a hospital in Madurai on Wednesday. On social media, users are praising the Air Force and saying that the Air Force soldiers had come as angels for the woman and her child.

 

Air Force had saved lives

Let us tell you that a family from Srivaikuntam in Thoothukudi district had sent an SOS message and appealed to save them. After, reacting to the message, the Indian Air Force immediately sent its helicopter to the spot and airlifted a pregnant woman Anusuiya Mayil one and a half-year-old girl. A video of airlifting the woman and the girl was also revealed. Now news has come that the airlifted woman gave birth to a healthy child at Government Rajaji Hospital in Madurai on Wednesday morning.

 

Army carrying out rescue operations in flood affected areas

Due to heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, the southern districts of the state are facing floods. Army soldiers are delivering food and other essential items to the people in the flood-affected areas. The Air Force carried out rescue operations in the state using helicopters and airlifted many people. At the same time, the Army also rescued three people traveling in a car in the Thoothukudi district, who were stuck in the flood-affected area. The central government is also providing help to the state government. CM Stalin also met PM Modi on Tuesday regarding the flood situation.
