The deadline for opening the Shambhu border is over: Farmers will march to Delhi, and tractors march across the country on 15 August.

The deadline for the High Court's order to open the Shambhu border of Punjab-Haryana is ending today. So far, no initiative has been taken by the government to open the border. The Haryana government has reached the Supreme Court against the High Court's order.

At the same time, the farmers who have been protesting since February have announced to march to Delhi after the High Court's order. Jagjit Singh Dallewal, a member of the United Kisan Morcha non-political, said that he will march to Delhi as soon as the Shambhu border opens. It has also been decided to take out a tractor march on August 15. This tractor march will be taken out across the country.

The siege of the Ambala SP office was postponed today.

After Navdeep Jalbera, famous as Water Cannon Boy during the farmers' movement, got regular bail from the Punjab-Haryana High Court, the farmer leaders postponed the decision to siege the Ambala SP office on Wednesday.

Dallewal said that he has ration for six months. They have appealed to the central government that they should be allowed to protest peacefully at Jantar Mantar or Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. If the government tries to stop them anywhere on the way, they will start a dharna there itself. The responsibility for this will be entirely of the government.

Dallewal said that they would march with tractor trolleys because the trolley is the only option they have to avoid rain, heat, and cold. He said that they are not demanding anything from the central government, but are protesting to get the promises made by the government fulfilled. He alleged that the government is not ready to open the border. If the Haryana government does not open the road, the traders should also support the farmers and protest against the BJP. The border area falls 300 meters towards Punjab, so the order to open the border is also for the Punjab government.

It is not appropriate to hand over the investigation to the police officers of Haryana.

Dallewal said that Haryana is trying to mislead on the death of Shubhkaran due to a shotgun. Haryana Police has also been using shotguns. In the whole case, an attempt is being made to save the accused. It is not appropriate to hand over the investigation of Shubhkaran's murder to the police officers of Haryana, because the allegations are against the officers of Haryana Police. If the accused is investigated, then the hope of getting justice is negligible. The Haryana government has already gone to the Supreme Court and opposed the independent investigation of Shubhkaran's murder, which made their intention clear, so they cannot trust the Haryana Police on the issue of investigation.

The conference will be held in Delhi on July 22

A joint conference of Samyukta Kisan Morcha (non-political) and Kisan Mazdoor Morcha will be held in New Delhi on July 22. Both fronts have written letters to meet all the leaders of the opposition including Rahul Gandhi, and Akhilesh Yadav and by meeting them, a demand will be made to bring a private bill on all the demands of the farmers including the MSP guarantee law in the upcoming session of Parliament. In the coming days, the officials of both fronts will go door to door in Haryana and make the farmers and laborers aware. A national-level Kisan Mahapanchayat will be held in Haryana on September 15, in which lakhs of farmers will participate.

Section 163 imposed in Ambala

Ambala's Deputy Commissioner Dr. Shaleen has imposed Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code in the district. Under these orders, there will be a ban on gatherings of five or more people. Crowds will not be able to gather within 200 meters of the SP office. These orders will be in force for the next two months from July 17.

A group of thousand farmers reached the Datasinghwala border.

The activity of farmers has started increasing on the Datasinghwala border. A group of one thousand farmers from Bathinda and Sirsa of Punjab reached the Ambala SP office on July 17 and 18. Apart from this, more farmers are coming.

The Supreme Court will hear Haryana's petition on 22nd

The Supreme Court will hear the Haryana government's Special Leave Petition (SLP) against the Punjab-Haryana High Court's decision to open the Shambhu border on July 22. The government on Tuesday sought an early hearing from the Supreme Court.
