The minimum temperature of the states of North India including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan is continuously declining. The shadow of fog is also seen in the morning. For the last several days, the minimum temperature in Delhi is being recorded at 14 to 16 degrees.
On the other hand, heavy snowfall continues in the mountains. Himachal and Kashmir are seen wrapped in a white sheet of snow. According to the information given by the Meteorological Department, today, on November 16, the minimum temperature in Delhi can be recorded at 16 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 30 degrees. At the same time, fog and mist are seen in the sky in the morning.
It may rain in these states today
According to Skymet Weather, today i.e. 16th November 2022, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep with light to moderate rain with heavy to very heavy rain at a few places. Light to moderate rains may occur over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, parts of South Interior Karnataka, and South Andhra Pradesh. Day and night temperatures may drop by 2-4 degrees over parts of northwest and central India during the next 2 to 3 days.

Continuous low pressure in the Bay of Bengal
According to Skyme Weather, the second consecutive low pressure is going to form in the Bay of Bengal, it will move towards Tamil Nadu and will give rain in South India including Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Whereas the Western Disturbance has moved ahead, now the new Western Disturbance will reach the mountains on November 19 and will give rain and snowfall. Snowy winds will bring down the day and night temperatures in East India including North and Central India and increase in winter.
The weather pattern changed again in Jammu and Kashmir
The weather pattern has changed once again in Jammu and Kashmir. Since late at night, it started raining in most areas of the state. There has also been snowfall in the higher mountains. The sky is still covered with thick clouds. There is no hope of sunshine yet. It is raining intermittently. Mughal Road has been closed to traffic due to snowfall. The Jammu-Srinagar highway has also been closed due to landslides at several places in Ramban including Nihar.
