This chatbot of WhatsApp is named WhatsApp MyGov Corona Helpdesk. This chatbot is available to all WhatsApp users.
To use WhatsApp chatbot you have to save the number 9013151515 to your phone. After this, you have to send a message to this bot on WhatsApp for any information related to the corona virus. The reply that this bot will send to users will be automated. The purpose of bringing this chatbot to WhatsApp is to provide correct information about the corona virus. It is worth noting that different kinds of misleading information is also being spread on social media about Corona.
It is worth noting that earlier the Delhi government had also released WhatsApp number. Any information about the corona virus can be obtained at this number. In a tweet, the National Pharmaceutical Chemicals Pricing Authority (NPPA) said, 'The government has created a WhatsApp chatbot for Corona. It is named MyGov Corona Helpdesk. Just save WhatsApp number 9013151515 and you will get an automated answer to all questions related to Corona. '
