The BJP has secured a resounding victory in Bengal and Assam. Following this outcome, the process of forming the government has now gained momentum. The BJP has appointed Union Home Minister Amit Shah as the central observer for West Bengal, and Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, J.P. Nadda, as the central observer for Assam, to oversee the selection of the respective legislative party leaders.

 

 

In a major strategic move, the BJP high command has appointed Union Home Minister Amit Shah as the 'observer' for West Bengal, with Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi serving as the co-observer.

Meanwhile, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, J.P. Nadda, has been designated as the observer for Assam, with Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini appointed as the co-observer.
