On the very first day of the Winter Session of Parliament, the Agricultural Laws Withdrawal Bill has been passed in both houses. This bill will now be sent to the President. The Bill was introduced in the Rajya Sabha by Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar. Soon after, the opposition parties started a ruckus. The bill was passed in the Rajya Sabha amidst uproar among the opposition. At the same time, the Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 11 am tomorrow.

As soon as the winter session started in the Lok Sabha, Agriculture Minister Tomar introduced a bill to return the agricultural law, which was also passed. After this, other opposition parties, including Congress, started a ruckus demanding a discussion on the withdrawal of the law. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla told the opposition that if you want discussion, we are ready to get it done, but the opposition continued to raise slogans.

Rahul said – had said that black laws will have to be withdrawn

Congress said, "We had said that 3 black laws will have to be withdrawn. We knew that the power of 3-4 big capitalists cannot stand before the farmers of India and the same thing happened. The black laws had to be repealed. This is the success of the farmers. This is the success of the country."

Meanwhile, Rakesh Tikait, leader of Samyukta Kisan Morcha said, "Agriculture laws have been withdrawn, but now the problems of MSP and farmers should be discussed. We will hold a meeting on December 4 and the direction of the agitation will be decided on that." Till then our agitation will continue."

Modi had appealed to maintain peace before the session

Ahead of the commencement of the winter session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to political parties to maintain peace and decorum. The PM said that there should be a question in Parliament, but peace should also be maintained. We should be recognized by the number of hours we worked in the House, not by who in the House, with what force, stopped the Parliament. The Prime Minister's gesture was towards the uproar of the opposition.

Here, Congress staged a sit-in in the Parliament premises demanding the return of agricultural laws. Party leaders including Congress-working president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul attended it. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will present the agriculture law withdrawal bill in Parliament today, due to which controversy has arisen over the language of the parliamentary note sent to the MPs.

Modi's 4 messages on action

1. Modi said, "We have seen that in the past, Constitution Day also with a new resolution, the whole country has resolved regarding the responsibility of everyone to realize the soul of the Constitution. Because of all this, we would like, the country will also want Every citizen would like that this Parliament session and the coming session should also discussed in the interest of the country in terms of the spirit of freedom lovers and the spirit of Amrit Mahotsav.

2. The Prime Minister said that I hope that how the Parliament is run in the future, how well you have contributed can be weighed on this scale. Who stopped the Parliament with so much force, this will not be the criterion. This would be the criterion as to how many hours the Parliament worked. The government is ready to discuss and answer questions on every issue. There should be questions and there should be peace in Parliament.

3. "Against the government, against the policies, the voice should be louder, but in respect of the dignity of the Parliament, the dignity of the speaker, the dignity of the chair, we should conduct that, which will be useful for the young generation of the country in the coming days." "

4. He said that the news of the new variant also makes us more alert, alert. I request all the members of Parliament to be alert. Decisions in the interest of the country should be taken swiftly and jointly in the session.

The movement against agricultural laws issued for a year

According to the Parliament's official website, Union Agriculture Minister Tomar will introduce a bill, which will include three agricultural laws, the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, the Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020 will be proposed to be repealed.

These three laws were passed by the central government last year, which faced unprecedented opposition from opposition parties to farmers' organizations. For the return of these laws, farmers' organizations have been sitting around the borders of Delhi for the last year. After continuous protests, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the withdrawal of these laws on 19 November.

The government will introduce 25 more bills in this session

Apart from the agricultural law withdrawal bill, the central government is preparing to introduce 25 other bills during the winter parliamentary session, which will continue till December 23, in which the most important bill is related to banning private cryptocurrencies. However, the government itself is allowing the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to introduce digital currency.

Apart from this, the report of the Joint Committee of Parliament on Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 will also be tabled in the House during the winter session.
