Bumrah has overall 155 wickets in 34 Tests and his best bowling figures have been six wickets for 27 runs. He was also given the Player of the Match award in the Visakhapatnam Test. After the match, he said that I don't pay attention to statistics. I did all this as a youth and it excited me, but now it's an added burden. The yorker is the first ball I learned as a young player. I had seen many greats of the game using the yorker. Be it Waqar, Wasim, and even Zaheer Khan.

'Going through a period of change'

Bumrah said- We are going through a period of change, so I feel it is my responsibility to help them (new players) in every possible way. We discuss some things. I have been playing with him (Rohit) for a long time. In his competition with Anderson in the match, Bumrah said- There is nothing like that. Before being a cricketer, I am a fan of fast bowling. If someone is doing well, they should be congratulated. I look at the situation and the wicket and think what are my options. I don't want to keep doing just one thing.
