16 transfers were done on Saturday

These include many ADG and IG-level officers. Similarly, Lucknow Range IG Tarun Gaba has been made the new Police Commissioner of Prayagraj.
According to the order issued by the Police Headquarters, Ramit Sharma has been appointed ADG of Bareilly Zone. Ramit Sharma has previously been IG in Bareilly. After the formation of the Prayagraj Commissionerate from here, Ramit Sharma was made the first Police Commissioner there. He has posted there since then. At the same time, Prem Chandra Meena has been removed from the post of ADG Bareilly Zone and made ADG and CMD Police Housing Corporation. While Vinod Kumar Singh, who recently returned from central deputation, has been given the responsibility of ADG Cyber Crime. At the same time, Jayanarayan Singh has been removed from the post of ADG Railway and sent to PTC Sitapur.
