After the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon on August 23, the lander and rover are continuously working to send information to ISRO. ISRO is keeping an eye on every movement of the lunar mission and is preparing for the second phase of the Chandrayaan-3 mission. Meanwhile, today i.e. 22nd September is a very special day for Vikram Lander and Pragyan Rover.

Sunrise will happen once again today at the South Pole of the Moon. Due to sunrise, ISRO will once again try to 'wake up' Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander and Pragyan rover. ISRO scientists have also completed their preparations given the sunrise. An attempt will be made to activate the lander and rover once again on Friday with the sunrise over the Moon's Shiv Shakti Point.

Scientists will get help in activating communication circuits

ISRO scientists expect an important event from this process. Vikram and Pragyan's awakening. With sunrise, the temperature on the Moon will rise above minus 10 degrees Celsius, which will help scientists activate communication circuits. This process is known as the "wake-up circuit".

When we sleep on Earth, Vikram-Pragyan will wake up on the moon

Responding to the discussion on the lunar mission in the Lok Sabha during the special session of Parliament, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that every effort is being made to awaken Vikram and Pragyan. He said, "When we sleep on Earth tonight, Vikram and Pragyan will probably wake up on the Moon."

On the possibility of Vikram Lander waking up, Jitendra Singh said that everyone associated with the mission is waiting for the temperature to rise on the Moon. "As soon as the temperature goes above minus 10 degrees, a wake-up call will go and Vikram and Pragyan will wake up from their sleep," he said.

Vikram Lander landed near the south pole of the Moon on August 23 and completed the soft landing on the lunar surface.
