A hair-raising incident came to light from Delhi's Sultanpuri police station area. Here, the speeding Baleno car driver, who was intoxicated with alcohol, first hit the girl riding a scooty. The driver dragged the girl for about 12 kilometers when she fell on the ground and got stuck in the middle of the tire.
Regarding the incident, the maternal uncle of the girl has demanded a fair investigation into the matter, anticipating an incident like the Nirbhaya incident. On the other hand, the girl's mother has also expressed apprehension about something wrong with the daughter. Seeing the mutilated dead body of her daughter, she gasped and fell.
The girl was running the livelihood of the family
Rekha, the mother of the deceased, is in bad condition crying, she is not able to see the body of her daughter. He says that his daughter was running the household expenses. He had met with a road accident a few years back as well but suffered minor injuries in that. He alleges that there has been gross negligence by the Delhi Police in this matter. Something wrong has also been done with the daughter.
Mother's both kidneys damaged
The girl's father died five years ago, while two elder sisters are married. Now the family consists of a mother, three younger brothers, and a sister. Mother's both kidneys are bad and she is suffering from heart disease. The girl was running the livelihood of her family. The mother told that she had bought the scooty after getting finance from the bank.
She often advised her daughter to stay at work at night, but she did not stay to take care of her mother. She was very worried about the education of both her brother and sister. He says that a few years ago also his daughter was injured in a road accident, but at that time only minor injuries had occurred.
Five youths riding in a car were drunk
After the incident, the police arrested all five accused. In the statement given to the police, the accused said that they were intoxicated and were playing loud songs in the car. The names of the five arrested accused are Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishna, Mithun, and Manoj Mittal.
The forensic team took samples
According to the information received from the police, the forensic team has taken samples from the car recovered from the accused. No liquor bottles, glasses, or snacks were found in the car. Everyone's blood samples have been taken. After investigation, it will be known whether the accused had consumed alcohol or not.
