Russia again fired missiles at Ukraine's energy centers, and attacked several areas of Kharkiv; the power supply affected

A full year has passed since the Russia-Ukraine war. But it continues. Today again Russia has carried out massive missile attacks on the cities of Ukraine in the early hours. Russia targeted Ukraine's energy supply infrastructure. Due to this, the power supply has been stopped in the Black Sea port of Odesa and the second largest city Kharkiv, including the capital Kyiv.

 

Russia again targeted energy centers

An official said Russia has targeted villages from Zhytomyr, Vynitsa, and Rivne in the west of Ukraine to Dnipro and Poltava in central Ukraine. Maxim Marchenko, the governor of the Odessa region, said Russia again today launched massive missile attacks targeting energy centers in the port city. Due to this power has to be cut forcefully.

Maksim Marchenko said on Telegram that as a result of the massive missile strike, an energy infrastructure site in the area as well as residences had been damaged. However, he also said that some missiles have been shot down. But Russia can again launch new attacks. He also added that fortunately, there were no casualties and the power restrictions were in force throughout the region of Odessa.

 

More than 15 areas of Kharkiv were attacked

The governor of the Kharkiv region, Oleh Tsinehubov, said more than 15 areas have been reported hit by Russian missile strikes on Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv. He said that again Russia had targeted infrastructure. The details about the number of casualties are still being clarified.

 

Two were injured in a missile attack in Kharkiv

Ukrainian newspaper Dezerkalo Tyznia reports an explosion in Kyiv. He added that explosions were also reported in the city of Sumy, Dnieper, Lutsk, and Rivne. So right there a drone has been spotted over the western Lviv region. According to another Ukrainian news outlet Obozrevatel.ua, two people were injured in a missile attack in Kharkiv.
