279 new cases of corona came in India within 24 hours, and the number of active cases in the country is 4855

In the last 24 hours, 279 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in India. The total number of active cases of corona in the country has increased to 4,855. According to the Union Health Ministry, a total of 4 crores 46 lakh 72 thousand 347 (4,46,72,347) cases of corona have been reported in the country so far. The death toll from Corona is 5 lakh 30 thousand 620 (5,30,620).

 

Corona cases increased like this in the country

Corona cases in India crossed 20 lakhs on August 7, 2020, 30 lakhs on 23rd August, 40 lakhs on 5th September, and 50 lakhs on 16th September. 60 lakhs on September 28, 2020, crossed 70 lakhs on October 11. 80 lakhs on October 29, 90 lakhs on November 20 and crossed the one crore mark on December 19, 2020.

 

Corona cases crossed 40 million on January 25, 2022

Last year on May 4, 2021, the country crossed two crores and on June 23, it crossed the critical mark of three crores. It crossed the figure of four crore corona on January 25, 2022, this year.
