A Conspiracy to Topple the Government by Mobilizing a 'Gen-Z Army'—Modeled After Nepal and Bangladesh—Exposed by a 28-Page Diary Recovered by the Police

Posted on 24th Apr 2026 10:29 am by rohit kumar

Agitators were recruiting members of Gen-Z—individuals holding ideologies opposed to government policies—and grooming them to serve as “sleeper cells.” One team was tasked with identifying Gen-Z individuals across the country, including the NCR region, while a second team acted as “leads,” actively working to recruit these individuals into their fold.

Evidence pointing to this scheme was discovered in a diary recovered from the belongings of the arrested accused. This diary is believed to belong to Himanshu. All these findings point toward a conspiracy to orchestrate major unrest within the country by raising an “army” of Gen-Z recruits, similar to tactics previously observed in Nepal and Bangladesh. The investigation by the Noida Police and other investigative agencies is currently ongoing.

28-Page Diary Set to Uncover Many Secrets

According to reliable sources, the police have identified 18 to 20 names listed within the 28-page diary. These Gen-Z individuals harbor anti-national and anti-government sentiments, which they frequently express on social media platforms. They also engage in anti-establishment rhetoric within educational campuses and similar settings. A dedicated team of agitators focuses specifically on these individuals; they establish contact with them and indoctrinate them regarding the organization’s ideology and operational strategies.

These recruits undergo a process of brainwashing and are subsequently groomed to be utilized as sleeper cells in the future. The Noida Police and investigative agencies are currently pursuing leads based on the information recorded in this diary.

Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh stated that action is being taken against the accused involved in the violence, based on the findings of the ongoing investigation. Inquiries into other aspects of the case—including the potential involvement of organized crime—are also continuing.

Gen-Z Has Already Driven Regime Change in Bangladesh

Gen-Z has played a pivotal role in bringing about regime changes across various South Asian nations, ranging from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to Nepal. “Generation Z” refers to the demographic cohort born between the years 1997 and 2012. They are recognized as the first generation to have grown up fully immersed in modern technology, including the internet and social media platforms.

All Arrested Accused Are Educated

Advocate Rajneesh Yadav revealed that while Rupesh presented himself as an auto-rickshaw driver, he is, in fact, a social worker. Aditya is an engineer, whereas Manisha is a 12th-grade pass-out who was employed at a garment manufacturing factory. Meanwhile, Srishti is a certified artist from the Ravindra Natya Academy.
