Following the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party called for nationwide protests against the BJP. Security was increased in many areas of Delhi. Police barricaded the ITO area of Delhi since Friday morning. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers protested against the ED arrest of CM Arvind Kejriwal. The police have detained many activists.

 

ITO metro station closed

At the same time, DMRC closed the ITO metro station from 8 am to 6 pm today at the request of the police. Due to the closure of the road at ITO Chowk, a traffic jam has arisen. Long lines of vehicles have formed on the road. Due to this people are facing a lot of problems. People going home for Holi and going out for shopping also got stuck in the traffic jam.

 

 

Police detained Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj

Delhi Police has taken into custody Delhi government ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj. During this, Bhardwaj said that this is complete hooliganism. Arvind Kejriwal has been placed under house arrest. No one from his family is being allowed to meet him. Kejriwal's mother had come from the hospital a day before. His son has been arrested. We were protesting peacefully, which is being stopped.

BJP leader Shehzad Poonawala said, 'I have heard the statements of different AAP leaders. He said that Arvind Kejriwal is not a human being but an idea, so this is not an idea, it is misconduct in politics and propaganda in politics. The idea is that they will indulge in rampant corruption and if court action is taken then we will shout atrocities and atrocities and play the victim card.
