Arvind Kejriwal said- all will be treated in Delhi hospital, should have 1.5 lakh beds by 31 July

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has a press conference today on the ever-increasing cases of corona in the country's capital Delhi. CM Kejriwal reiterated the order of Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, that now everyone will be treated in Delhi hospital. In the press conference, Kejriwal has told that Delhi will need 1.5 lakh beds by 31 July.

CM Kejriwal further said, "There are about 31 thousand cases of corona in Delhi right now. A total of 12 thousand people have been cured in this. 15 thousand people are in home isolation in 18 thousand active cases.

 

Corona will have to become a mass movement - Kejriwal

Kejriwal further said, "Corona is going to spread more rapidly in Delhi. By June 15, there will be 44 thousand cases here. At the same time, by July 15, two and a quarter lakh cases will be done. There will be more than five lakh cases by 31 July. "He said," By July 31, one and a half lath beds will be required. If we want to escape from Corona, then this mass movement will have to be made.

 

 

Now everyone will be treated in Delhi- Kejriwal

 

Kejriwal further said, "The decisions of a chosen government were overturned in Delhi." Now that the Center has decided, this is not the time for disagreement. The order of the Lieutenant Governor will be implemented. There is no quarrel with the central government. Now everyone will be treated in Delhi. Here 50 percent outside people get treatment. A total of one and a half lakh beds will be required for all. By July 31, one and a half lakh beds would be needed. ”He further said that the stadium and hall will be prepared for Corona. There will be no shortage in our efforts. Neighboring states should also make proper arrangements in their respective states.

 

1900 patients got beds in the last eight days- Kejriwal

 

Kejriwal also told that 1900 people got beds in Delhi in the last eight days. There are 4,200 beds empty now. I believe that 150-200 people have to eat for the sake of beds. ”He said that now all the institutions will have to unite against Corona.
